What do you help therapists and practice owners with?
I coach therapists and group practice owners on the things that actually determine whether a practice thrives: hiring and supervising associates, compensation and financials, leadership and culture, and compliance. Everything I coach, I'm currently doing — I run a 40-clinician practice in Portland with more than 90% annual staff retention, in a field where high turnover is standard. I work with practice owners in Oregon and nationwide, and all sessions are virtual.
How does coaching actually work?
We start with a free 20-minute call to see whether I'm the right fit. If we move forward, sessions are 50 minutes and virtual, scheduled at whatever pace works for you — weekly, monthly, or as things come up. There's no curriculum and no minimum commitment. Most people start with a single session.
Do you work with practice owners outside Oregon?
Yes. All coaching is virtual and I work with owners nationwide. The one exception is Certificate of Approval consulting, which is Oregon-specific regulatory work. Everything else — hiring, compensation, financial modeling, leadership, org design — travels fine.
I'm just starting out. Is this for me?
Yes. A single session is $250, and plenty of people book one to work through whether to hire at all, how to price, or whether they actually want a group practice. You don't need a team to work with me. I'd rather help you make a good decision early than fix an expensive one later.
How do I know which service I need?
Book the free intro call and I'll tell you. If it's a single question, hourly is right. If it's one big decision, you might want a package or plan for an intensive. If you need a model built or a system designed, that's a project and will be scoped individually. I also do basic copy editing and website help at a reduced rate.
Do you offer sliding scale?
If cost is the barrier, email me and we'll figure it out.
